Online recruiting is managed through CAREERlink and CAREERlink MBA, password-protected, web-based college recruiting platforms shared by the Washington University Career Center and the Weston Career Center at Olin Business School.

If you are a first-time user, it will be necessary to register for a new account(s). Once you’ve registered, you will receive an email confirming your registration. After you have logged in using your username and password for the first time, please update your personal profile and your company profile. Each time you login to CAREERlink, you’ll be directed to your home page.
The CAREERlink systems enable you to post positions, view the Olin career events calendar, schedule on-campus interviews, request information sessions for students, and manage your recruiting activities for undergraduate and graduate students in Olin’s BSBA, MBA and Specialized Masters programs. Students apply for on-campus interviews and positions through the CAREERlink systems.
Students enrolled in the BSBA, MBA and Specialized Masters programs will be able to view your internships, co-ops and full-time jobs. Only those students who meet the criteria you set will be able to view information sessions and apply for your positions.
